- Before
printing, ensure your 'Print Settings' are set to 'landscape'.
- Print
page 1 of the document. On the reverse of this page, print page
2 - ensuring the correct orientation in your printer.
- Print
page 3 on a new sheet and then on the reverse print page 4 - again
ensuring the correct orientation.
- Print
page 5 on a new sheet and then on the reverse print page 6.
- Print
page 7on a new sheet and then on the reverse print page 8.
- Finally
print page 9 (order form) as a single sheet for inclusion in the
centre.
- Fold
all pages to A5 and staple where indicated.
