Due
to an increasing volume of business over the last few months, I
have decided to devote more time to my painting and am currently
expanding the range of products I supply. I am happy to supply bobbins
on a sale or return basis to lace groups - please contact me for
further details.
A wide selection
of bobbins, books and threads are now available for immediate purchase
in my new Etsy shop.
The number of items available for sale in my Etsy shop will increase
over the coming months.
Over the last few years, I have painted a varied range of individual
and lace day commemoratives. If you would like to order commemoratives,
please contact me by email or telephone to discuss your individual
requirements.
I attend the National Christmas
Lacemaker's Fair at Cranmore Park, Birmingham every year and
will be there again on Saturday 1st December 2012. I will also attended
the Harrogate
Lace Event on Saturday 31 March 2012 at Pavilions of Harrogate
and enjoyed this popular event.

My
web site will give you an idea of the type of work I do but if you
would like something a little different please call or email me.
I paint a wide range of designs including pets, fruit, flowers,
seasonal, spirals, stylised designs, Celtic knots and teddies. My
bobbins are painted with acrylic, watercolour or gouache paints
and then sealed with several coats of varnish.
I have been making lace for many years and now enjoy designing lace
in a variety of styles - see the Lace tab above.
As well
as being an active lace maker and designer, I served for three years
on The Lace Guild
Executive Committee and have taught workshops at The Lace Guild
Convention over the last few years.
I have been a member of Edinburgh
Lace Club since moving to Scotland in 1998 and am currently
serving on their committee as the Hon. Treasurer.
